An annul , prostate to erect, reaching only up to 30 cm tall. Stems procumbent, grow along the ground up to 45 cm long, much branched and raisy. The leaves are oval or oblong, up to 3 cm long, and arranged in opposite pairs; servulate, oblique at the base, on short petioles, smooth above and hairy and pale beneath. The flowers are very small, with four white petals. |

An infusion of plant is used for treating infantile cholera, dysentery and diarrhea. A decoction of whole plant is used to treat metrorrhagia, hematochezia and hematuria; used externally for various kinds of carbuncles, boils, and snake bite. |
