Aralia cordata

To treat the common cold and migraines

Artemisia absinthium

For sluggish stomach and gall bladder function, prolaped stomach, anemia, anxiety, parturition, chlorosis, depurifying the body, chronic fever, flatulence, gastric pain, gout, urinary stones, heartburn, indigestion, leukemia, depression and migraines.

Calophyllum inophyllum

Leprosy and rheumatism (seed oil); in scabies (seed kernel); to treat eye disease, scabies, cutaneous diseases, gonorrhoea and gleet, rheumatism and gout. Used as an inhalation in migraine and vertigo.

Chrysanthemum indicum

Gonorrhea, to treat eye ailments, in the treatment of migraine (leaves); to treat furuncle, scrofula, deep-rooted boils, inflammation of the throat, eyes and cervix, eczema, itchiness of the skin and hypertension (flowers)

Cucurbita maxima

Strangury, urinary affections and gonorrhea (plant); neuralgia and migraine (seed oil). As a remedy for intestinal tapeworms and roundworms , the seeds are less potent than the root of Dryopteris felix-mas, but safer for pregnant women, debilitated patients and children. The oil from the seed is used as a nerve tonic. The fruit pulp is used as a soothing poultice on burns, inflammations and boils.

Eclipta prostrata

Tetanus, baldness, long-term skin diseases, in enlargements of the liver and spleen (as a tonic and deobstruent) (plant); in catarrhal jaundice (plant juice and "aromatics"); as an antiseptic in cattle wounds etc. and in syphilis (root), removes worms, cough and indigestion, good remedy for dental disorders. Various local traditions and Ayurveda employ its parts for elephantiasis, migraine, pyorrhoea, chronic dysentery, oedema, nervous weakness, anorexia, gum troubles and to remove intestinal worms.This plant invigorates sex and consumed for fertility. It is an antidote for poisons.

Ginkgo biloba

It reduces migraine and vertigo. It may be useful in mental disorders, including Alzheimer's disease. Extracts from Ginkgo eliminate excess fat (cellulite) in women. It is useful for disturbed brain functions, which result in dizziness, tinnitus, and headache with emotional lability and anxiety. Ginkgo has also been demonstrated to improve concentration and memory deficits as a result of peripheral arterial occlusive disease.

Lobelia inflata

Cancer therapy, asthma, whooping cough, bronchitis, convulsive and inflammatory diseases, chicken pox, gout, hemorrhoids, migraine, orthopedic, pulmonary, gastrointestinal, throat and venereal maladies, vomiting, ophthalmia, sprains, bruises and skin diseases.

Ocimum basilicum

Sweet basil acts principally on the digestive and nervous systems, easing flatulence, stomach cramps, colic and indigestion. It is taken internally in the treatment of feverish illnesses, poor digestion, nausea, abdominal cramps, gastro-enteritis, migraine, insomnia, depression and exhaustion. Externally, they are used to treat acne, loss of smell, insect stings, snake bites and skin infections. The mucilaginous seed is given in infusion in the treatment of gonorrhoea, dysentery and chronic diarrhoea. It is remove film and opacity from the eyes also. The root is used in the treatment of bowel complaints in children. Extracts from the plant are bactericidal and are also effective against internal parasites.

Origanum majorana

Asthma, common cold, bruises, cancer, insomnia, migraine, spasms, women's ailments, digestive disorders, to treat muscular pain, bronchial complaints, arthritis, sprains and stiff joints

Paullinia cupana

Arthritis, diarrhea, hangover, headache, migraine, suppressed menstruation, hypertension, fever, migraine, neuralgia, and dysentery.

Primula elatior

In the treatment of bronchitis, coughs, flu and other febrile conditions, insomnia and migraine

Thespesia populnea

Scabies (fruit, root and leaf); migraine and insect bites (fruit); dysentery (bark powder); for the treatment of skin diseases such as eczema, scabies, psoriasis, ringworm and guinea worm (bark, leaves, flowers and fruits); for treatment of dysentery, piles and diabetes (plant); as an external wash in the treatment of skin diseases (bark decoction); to relieve inflamed and swollen joints (leaf as poultice).

As a demulcent (in the sinuses) and on sores (related to scrofula) (oil); in gonorrhea, rheumatism, sprains, fever (related to catarrh) and headache (leaf); aids in the removal of worms and foetid discharges from ulcers (leaf juice), controls acne in teenagers, regulates ovulatory cycle, menopause, menorrhagia (heavy menstruation), menstrual difficulties (secondary amenorrhea), premenstrual syndrome, amenorrhea, dysmenorrhea and endometriosis and fibrocystic breast disease among women, relieves pains due to rheumatism, gout, sciatica and the body ache resulted from heavy physical exertion, skin troubles, migraine; with the right proportion it is use for dental care for healthy, disease free teeth, as mouth wash and treatment for toothache. Pillows stuffed with leaves are slept on to remove catarrh and headache. Dried fruit is used to destroy human worm while seeds boiled in water and eaten, or the water is taken internally, to prevent spread of toxins from poisonous bites of animals, also cooling for skin disorders.

Zingiber officinalis

A household remedy for flatulence and colic, for diarrhoea from relaxed bowel where there is no inflammation, for atherosclerosis, heart disease, chemotherapy support, migraine headaches, morning sickness, motion sickness, nausea and vomiting following surgery, rheumatoid arthritis, belching, laryngitis, vomiting, constipation, incontinence, flatulence, colic, spasms, fever, eye diseases, asthma, colds, cough, arthritis, bursitis, fibrocystic breasts, lymphedema, in nervous diseases, and for incontinence of urine.
