Actaea cimicifuga

Lowers fevers and reduces pain (plant); in the treatment of rheumatic complaints, coughs, colds, headaches, gum inflammation and feverish infections such as measles (root)

Actaea dahurica

In the treatment of coughs, colds, headaches, gum inflammation and feverish infections such as measles (root)

Artemisia maritima

Stomach problems, measles and sporadic fever (stem decoction); asthma (plant); liver damage, for anthelmintic purposes.

Artemisia nilagirica

Used in parturition, in measles, skin diseases, epilepsy, nervous diseases, asthma, peptic ulcers, blood purifier and as an antihelmintic (stem and flower); debility (flower and leaf).

Carthamus tinctorius

Sores and pain related to rheumatism (seed oil); jaundice (flower); laxative (seed); boils, candida infections, dysmenorrhea, rashes, fever, gout, gynecopathy, lack of apetite, measles, tumors, as an antidote, an emmenagogue, in cases of hysteria, such as that associated with chlorosis; poultice used to ally inflammation of the womb after child birth (powdered seed).

Cimicifuga foetida

In the treatment of rheumatic complaints, coughs, colds, headaches, gum diseases and feverish infections such as measles (root)

Clerodendrum phlomidis

Measles (root decoction); in dysentery and with other plants for unconsciousness after child birth (stem bark); in fever due to sunstroke and malaria (leaves)

Cyrtomium fortunei

In the treatment of hookworm, tapeworm, ascariasis, filiariasis, acute infectious hepatitis, various bleeding ailments, as a preventative for influenza and measles (decoction)

Dolichos uniflorus

Measles, smallpox, burns, sores and tumors (plant); menstrual problems (plant decoction); kidney stones (seed). Ayurveda uses decoction of seed in leucorrhoea, menstrual troubles, bleeding during pregnancy, colic caused by wind, piles, rheumatism, heamorrhagic disease and for intestinal worms. Soup prepared from seeds is beneficial in enlarged liver and spleen. Tribal practices use the parts of the plant for dysuria, sores, tumours, burns, adenitis, fistula ani, intercostal neuralgia, pleurisy, piles, hiccups, abdominal lump, bronchial asthma,pneumonia, prolapsus ani, menstrual complaints, piles, colic, epistaxis, flatulence, ophthalmia, ulcers,urinary troubles and kidney stone.

Euphorbia hirta

In dysentery (latex), asthma, bronchitis, bruises, catarrh, colic, conjunctivitis, cough, as a depurifying agent, dermatosis, rashes, abnormal growths, fever, flu, fractures (veterinary), gonorrhea, headache, hypertension, indigestion, itching and measles.

Lithospermum officinale

In the treatment of bladder stones, arthritis and febrile conditions (seed); in the treatment of eruptive diseases such as smallpox, measles and itch (root decoction); in cuts, wounds, old sores, gunshot wounds, eczema and burns (plant)
